Q: What made you want to join ISC67, and what are your goals as a part of the organization? What is it like to work at ISC67 so far?
I wanted to join ISC67 because I was a participant in ISC66 which immediately made me want to take a greater role in the organization. My goals as a part of the organization mainly lie in wanting to communicate with other like-minded individuals and create a safe and collaborative environment where real change can be made. To work at ISC67 so far has been an experience of a lifetime. I love the responsibilities that I get to carry out and see through with and I definitely believe that the end of the journey will be extremely bittersweet seeing the effort that goes on behind the scenes.

Q: What is the one word that describes yourself? Why did you choose this word?
The one word that describes myself is “blue”. I choose this word because not only is it my favorite color, but I think it is the only color that goes beyond its physical characteristics: you can see blue but you can also feel blue. In addition, many things around us are blue, starting with the sky and the sea. Like this, I am constantly enveloped in blue so in a way, blue is also home.

Q: ISC67に入ろうと思ったきっかけや、組織の一員としての目標を教えてください。これまでISC67で働いてきた感想もお願いします。
ISC67に入ろうと思ったきっかけは、ISC66に参加した時の経験が大変実になったため、次はより深い関わりをしたいと思ったからです。組織の一員としての目標は様々な人に出会い、たくさん意見交換をできるような安全な場を築くことです。これまでISC67で働いてきてとても良い経験をしてきました。たくさんやることがあり、毎日が忙しいですが、非常にやり甲斐のある立場に立てて将来にもつながるとても貴重な経験をしていると実感しております。

Q: 自分を表す言葉を教えてください。なぜこの表現を選んだのですか？
自分を表す言葉は「Blue」。私の一番好きな色だと言う理由もありますが、その上、この表現を選んだ理由は、英語では「Blue」が唯一の色以上に意味を持つ色だからです。「Blue」は見ることもでき、感じることもできる役割を二つ果たす表現だと言うところが素敵だと思います。さらに、私たちは常にたくさんの「Blue」に囲まれています：空、海、など。このように日頃から「Blue」に包まれているようで、「Blue」はある意味、見た目は冷たいのにもかかわらず故郷のような温かみも与えてくれます。
