ふるい茅をはがし、葺きはじめました！
週末の作業を報告します！
2月11日
初日と打って変わって快晴！無事に屋根をおろすことができました。次回にも使える茅を選別しながらおろすから2日かかる予定でしたが、実際に触ってみたら「もうこれは使えないね」というくらいに朽ちかけているものが多かったので、ほとんど処分することになり、1日でおろし作業が完了しました！
2月12日
茅を下ろした後、[えつり]という下地の竹を確認すると、「意外と使える！」とのことで、編み直す必要がなく補強するだけで済みました！
ということで、前倒しで葺く作業スタート！上勝町内の玄人の皆さん方中心に、葺き方を教わりながら一番下の段ができました。
