若者と日本茶が出会える場を！

Plan some places for young people to meet real Japanese teas.

We would like to hold a big Japanese tea festival with about 30 of tea farmers in Shibuya, Tokyo, which young people could have some experience to taste about 60 kinds of Japanese teas from all over Japan.

Although Japanese teas have become more popular in the world　now, national consumption of Japanese teas, we mean consumption of tea leaves, not included bottled teas, have been experiencing a downturn in the past decade especially.To make the matters worse, many of people in his twenties who should have great sensibility do not find culture value in it.

It is definite that the tea in Japan will die out completely　during next few decades. We want to do something for Japanese tea　now.

For that reason we want to plan to hold a big Japanese tea festival in Shibuya, Tokyo, which is the main market place in Japan. This festival is primarily intended to be intercommunion of tea farm producers and tea consumers.　Now we need your support.

In 2020, the Olympic Games will be held here in Tokyo. By that time we would like to make some places to show many people how valuable Japanese tea culture is, and how various taste and aromatic flavor Japanese teas have.

来年の11月、渋谷で、全国の茶農家30軒を一堂に集め、

60種類のお茶が飲み比べ出来る大規模な日本茶フェスを開きたい！

海外では年々評価が高くなっている日本茶ですが、 現在、国内では消費も減り、特にこの10年間は、ペットボトル以外の茶葉の利用が減っています。

そして、その文化的価値が、感受性の強い20代の若者に、あまり評価をされていません。

とても残念な状態ですが、このまま日本茶の製造技術や、飲む文化が廃れていくのを、私は黙って観ているだけには出来ません。

農家が作ったお茶を飲み、農家と交流してもらえる場を、 消費地の真ん中で開きたい！その支援をお願いしています。

2020年の東京オリンピックに向けて、日本の文化の一つとして、日本のお茶のバリエーションの多さを、一人でも多くの方に味わって頂ける場を作ります。
