Today, another precious life arrived at NFS. A small kitten named Nora.
Nora had been crying for three days in the courtyard of an apartment building, where a young couple lived. Worried about her, the couple had kept an eye on her each day. But since they already had a rescued cat at home, they couldn’t take in another.
So the husband searched online, found NFS, and reached out. He drove for an hour to bring little Nora to the sanctuary.
Rescued after crying for 3 days.. arrived at NFS after 1 hour of drive
Nora is a vocal and lively kitten, probably around 10 weeks old. With her soft, round body, she looked healthy and alert.
But the couple’s apartment complex has residents who don’t like cats, and they had already received complaints just for feeding her. If left outside any longer, someone might have thrown her off the property.
Rachel, the founder of NFS, checked Nora and said, “She seems healthy — once she gets a check-up and her vaccinations, I believe she’ll find a loving home.”
We truly hope that kind family finds her soon. May her little cries lead her toward a life full of warmth and love.
