DAY23 原動力　my motive power

皆様、おはようございます。

本日は、みきが活動報告をお届けします。

 

今、親友である寿里ちゃんと一緒にクラウドファンディングをさせていただいていて、皆様からのご支援をお願いしているという状況で、とてもありがたく感謝の日々を過ごさせていただいています。

 

この行動に至るまで時間がかかりましたが、自分たちの使命がハッキリした途端、行動がどんどん加速しました。

 

 

その背中を押してくれたのは、これまでの経験からの想いの強さ、また、私たちのライフコーチの先生、これまで関わってきた方々でもあります。

 

 

私たちは、先日お伝えしたように、全国を飛び回っておられる石田勝紀先生主宰のママカフェファシリテーターでもあります。

石田勝紀先生は、毎日欠かさずラジオ配信をして、大変多くの方々の勇気づけをされています。

そして、多くの著書を通じて、子育てや教育に必要なことを伝えておられたり、そしてママカフェという場づくりのみならず講演会で飛び回っておられます。

 

とにかく、コレ！と決めたことを、能動的に行動に移されています。

 

 

また、インスタグラムで知った環境活動家で100カ国以上まわられていて、「日本で1番講演会に呼ばれる男」と言われている谷口たかひささん。

 

いつも、問題の主語を自分において、常に自分ごととして捉え、考え、自分に何ができるか？その問いを多くの方に向けて発信しておられます。

 

常々、おっしゃっているのが、

「無関心でいられても、無関係ではいられない」

「沈黙は容認」　という言葉です。

 

それらの言葉は以前からとても自分自身に刺さっていました。

 

次男のことで、いろんなジレンマを感じてきたり、

教育のことで、モヤモヤしたり、

 

どんな人や子どもも、もっともっと自分らしさを表現できる世の中になるにはどうしたら？

 

など、考える機会が多くあり、

 

まずは自分の目の前の人を幸せにできるようにと

意識はしてきましたが、

 

もっと社会全体が変わるためのアプローチも探れたら・・・と思った時に

 

個人レベルでやっている地域の学習塾とコーチング以外に、

 

別方面からアプローチする必要があるのではないか、そう考えるようになりました。

 

 

前述の谷口さんの

 

「沈黙は容認」

「無関心でいられても無関係ではいられない」という言葉も少なからず影響し

 

 

ただ、受け身で変化を待って、不平不満を感じるのではなく

 

少しでもできることを探るというアクションを自分から起こしてみることが大事

 

次男のこの先への心配もあり、

 

もっともっと温かい世の中になってほしいという想いや

 

アクションを起こさなければ、きっと一生後悔するという想いから

 

今回、クラウドファンディングという形でみなさんのお力をかりながら

社会を少しでも良くするための一歩を一緒に踏み出せたら嬉しいと感じ

 

今に至っています。

 

 

時を同じくして、親友の寿里さんが子どもたちの自己肯定感や、

 

自分らしさを出せない世の中について問題意識を持っていたことから

 

想いが重なり、一緒に一歩踏み出そうということになりました。

 

 

この行動の原動力は・・・

🔹メンターである吉田メイさんからの勇気づけ

 

🔹仕事仲間たちの行動力からの良い刺激

 

🔹コーチ仲間・その他の学び仲間・友人たちによる、あらゆる形での応援

 

🔹子どもたちの幸せな未来への熱い想い

 

🔹今まで経験した苦しい出来事の数々からの疑問

 

🔹このクラファンを応援してくださる全ての方々の存在

 

🔹このクラファンがきっかけで出会わせていただいた、すでに何らかの行動を起こしておられる全ての方々

 

 

など、挙げるとキリがないぐらいですが

 

 

 

ゴールまで先が見えない不安があっても

 

前向きに頑張れているのだと思っています。

 

 

人は1人ではいられない。

 

本当にそう思います。

 

 

いろんな方々との出会い、出来事との出会いから

 

どんどん人生を形作っていくんですよね。

 

 

 

だからこそ、このクラファンを通じて受け取った

皆様の温かい想いを胸に、

 

このプロジェクトを実行することで

 

さらに現地の方々との交流、

学校の先生たちが多様な子どもたちにどう関わっているのかも

見させていただくことで、

 

これからの私たちの活動を形作っていきたいです。

 

 

現地で色んなヒントをもらって

少しでも多くのことを社会に還元できるように

前に進んでいくために、

プロジェクトを100%コンプリートするために

Good morning, everyone.

Today’s report on our activities is brought to you by Miki.

 

Right now, my best friend Juri, and I are doing crowdfunding together and asking for all of your support, and we are very grateful and thankful for the support we are receiving from you all.

 

It took us a long time to come to this action, but once we were clear about our mission, the action accelerated rapidly.

 

 

It was the strength of our feelings from our past experiences, as well as our life coach, our teachers, and the people we have been involved with that pushed us to do this.

 

 

We are also Mama Café facilitators led by Mr. Katsunori Ishida, who, as we told you recently, travels around the country to help especially moms to have another perspective of education, raising children and so on.

 

Mr. Katsunori Ishida has been encouraging a great number of people through his daily radio broadcasts.

He also writes many books and shares what is necessary for child-rearing and education, and travels around giving lectures as well as creating the Mama Cafe.

 

Anyway, this is what I have decided to do!

He is always proactively taking action when he decides to do something.

 

 

Another environmental activist I came to know through Instagram is Mr. Takahisa Taniguchi, who has traveled to more than 100 countries.

He is said to be “the most sought-after lecturer in Japan.” He always puts the subject of the problem in his own mind, always thinking about it as his own business, and always asking himself what he can do.

 

He always says,

“You can be indifferent, but  you cannot be irrelevant.”

“Silence is acceptance.”

 

These words have stuck with me for a long time.

 

I have felt various dilemmas about my second son,

I have been bothered by the issue of education,

 

I have had many opportunities to think about how to make the world a place where any person or child can express his or her own personality more and more.

 

I have been consciously trying to make the people in front of me happy first.

 

I have also been thinking about how I can help society as a whole to change.

 

In addition to the local tutoring and coaching that I do on a personal level,

 

I began to think that I needed to approach this from a different angle.

 

 

I was influenced in no small way by Mr. Taniguchi's aforementioned words, “Silence is acceptance,” and “You can be indifferent, but you cannot be irrelevant.”

 

 

Therefore rather than passively waiting for change and feeling aggrieved

It is important to take action to explore what we can do, even if it is only a little.

 

I am also concerned about my second son's future, I hope that the world will become a warmer place, and if I don't take action, I will regret it for the rest of my life.

 

We are now making a crowdfunding campaign with the help of everyone.

I would be happy if we could take a step forward together to make our society a little better.

 

I am now at this point in my life.

 

 

At the same time, my best friend, Juri, has been working on the issue of children's self-esteem and the world in which they are unable to express their true selves.

 

Our thoughts and feelings mostly overlapped, and we decided to take a step forward together.

 

 

My driving force behind this action was...

 

🔹How I feel about our second son

 

🔹The presence of family

 

🔹The synergistic effect of the combined feelings with Juri. (The existence of my

best friend Juri.)

 

🔹My friends in Japan and abroad who have been there for me.

 

🔹The presence of people like Mr. Katsunori Ishida and Mr. Takahisa Taniguchi, who are a bundle of energy.

 

🔹Mentor Mei Yoshida’s encouragement

 

🔹Good inspiration from the energy of my work colleagues

 

🔹Support in all forms by fellow coaches and other fellow learners and friends

 

🔹Passion for the happy future of children

 

🔹Doubts from the many painful events I have experienced

 

🔹The existence of all the people who support this crowdfunding

 

🔹All the people I have met through this crowdfunding campaign who have already taken some kind of action.

 

 

The list goes on and on…

 

 

 

I believe that it’s important to work hard and stay positive even though we cannot see the goal in sight right now.

You help us a lot!

 

 

People cannot be alone.

 

I truly believe that.

 

 

I am meeting with various people and events that are shaping my life.

 

 

That's why I am determined to do my best to make a difference in the world with your warm support.

We hope that by carrying out this project, we will be able to further exchange with the local people and help the school teachers to get involved with diverse children.
