【進捗状況のお知らせ】

皆様、こんにちは。

 

蒸し暑い日々が続いておりますが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

 

さて、ご支援いただいておりますプロジェクトの進捗状況についてご報告させていただきます。

 

結論から申し上げますと、事業承継の手続き完了が7月31日となる見込みです。

 

当初の予定より遅れてしまい、大変申し訳ございません。

 

私と現オーナーと共に、6月30日完了を目標に、多くの手続きを迅速に進めてまいりました。

 

しかしながら、県や町の確認作業に想定以上の時間を要し、書類の修正なども発生したため、手続きが長引いてしまいました。

 

現在、県と町の手続きは無事に完了し、最後の保健所による承継申請の審査中という段階です。

 

 

すべての申請を同時に進めることができないため、一つ一つの手続きに時間を要しております。

 

当初お伝えしていた6月末の完了を目指し、ぎりぎりまで手続きを進めていたため、進捗状況のご報告が遅れてしまいましたこと、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。

 

保健所の審査状況によっては、営業許可の承継が8月にずれ込む可能性もございます。

 

進展があり次第、改めてこちらでご報告させていただきますので、もうしばらくお待ちいただけますと幸いです。

 

ご報告が遅くなりましたが、プロジェクト本文でお伝えしておりました新しいホームページは既に完成しております！

特に力を入れたのは、ホームページの予約フォームからクレジットカードによる事前決済ができるシステムの開発と導入です。

 

このシステムは、英語版も備えており、海外の方もクレジットカードで簡単に予約・決済ができるようになっています。

 

このカード決済システムの開発には、睡眠時間を削り、深夜まで作業を続けるなど、大変な時間を費やしました。

 

シンプルなホームページの作成経験はありましたが、カード決済機能を備える開発は初めてで、多くの時間を要しました。

 

しかし、これもひとえに、皆様のご期待に応えるべく、より良いサービスを提供したいという一心で取り組んだ結果です。

 

精一杯頑張っておりますので、事業承継、そしてリフォームの完了まで、もうしばらくお待ちいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

 

【Project Progress Update】

 

Hello everyone,

 

I hope you are all doing well despite the hot and humid days.

 

I would like to provide you with an update on the progress of the project you have so generously supported.

 

To get straight to the point, the business succession procedures are now expected to be completed by July 31st.

 

I sincerely apologize for this delay from my initial schedule.

 

Both the current owner and I have been diligently working to expedite numerous procedures, aiming for a June 30th completion.

 

However, the confirmation processes by the prefecture and town took longer than anticipated, and we also had to make some document revisions, which prolonged the overall process.

 

Currently, the prefectural and town procedures have been successfully completed, and we are now in the final stage: the health center's review of the succession application.

 

 

Since all applications cannot be processed simultaneously, each step takes time.

 

We pushed hard until the very last minute to meet our original goal of a June end completion, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in providing this progress report.

 

There is a possibility that the transfer of the business license could be pushed to August, depending on the health center's review process.

 

I will inform you of any new developments here as soon as they occur, so please bear with me a little longer.

 

【New Website Completed!】

 

I am excited to announce that the new website, which I mentioned in the project description, is now complete!

 

※The website has not been published yet. 

 

A key focus for me was developing and implementing a system that allows for credit card pre-payments through the website's reservation form.

 

This system also includes an English version, enabling international visitors to easily make reservations and payments by credit card.

 

Developing this card payment system required significant effort, including working late into the night and sacrificing sleep.

 

While I had experience creating simple websites, developing one with integrated card payment functionality was new to me and took considerable time.

 

However, this was all done with the sole aim of meeting your expectations and providing even better service.

 

I am working as hard as I can, so please bear with me a little longer until the business succession and renovations are fully complete.
