本日、民宿を承継しました！　We took over the Minshuku today!

 

皆様、こんばんは。

 

汗ばむ日が続く中、本日、ついに民宿の事業を承継しましたことをご報告いたします！

 

本日中に譲渡金額の支払いと、所有権移転の登記申請も完了しました。

 

今日から、皆様の温かいご支援を胸に、この民宿の新しい物語が始まります。

 

ご支援いただいた皆様に、この場所でお会いできることを心から楽しみにしております。

 

私にとって、今回はまさに大きな挑戦です。

 

正直なところ不安も感じています。

 

潤沢な資金があるわけではないため、できる範囲で最大限の努力を傾け、この民宿を少しでも良いものにできるよう、精一杯尽力いたします。

 

どうか温かいご声援をいただけますと幸いです。

 

前回の活動報告で申し上げたリフォームが始まりましたら改めでご報告いたします。

Hello everyone, Amidst these sweltering days, I am thrilled to announce that today, I have officially taken over the minshuku business!

 

The transfer payment has been made, and the property ownership transfer registration has also been applied for today.

 

From this day forward, a new chapter for this minshuku begins, fueled by all your warm support.

 

I am truly looking forward to meeting all of you who supported us right here at the minshuku.

 

For me, this is a truly significant challenge. To be honest, I am feeling a bit anxious.

 

Since we do not have vast capital, we are committed to making our best efforts with the resources available, striving to improve this minshuku little by little.

 

I would be incredibly grateful for your warm understanding and encouragement.

 

Once the renovations I mentioned in the previous activity report begin, I will be sure to provide another update.
