Day19 主体的に動く力を育む教育とは？

おはようございます。寿里です。

 

クラウドファンディング19日目、

 

達成率は42％に到達しました！✨

もう少しで折り返し地点です！

毎日、皆さんのご支援と応援に心から感謝しています。

 

このクラウドファンディングを通じて、私たちの活動を多くの方に知っていただくことができています。やはり、発信すること、声を上げることは大切ですね。

 

少し前に、

 

心育の田中みき × 介護職を支えるプロジェクトを主宰されている Lagom（ラゴム）さん

 

との対談で、とても興味深い本が紹介されていました。私も早速購入しました。

 

 

📚 『スウェーデンの小学校社会科の教科書を読む』

 

 

この本の中で特に印象的だったのが、

 

スウェーデンでは、SNSは“発信するためのもの”という考えが根付いている。

ということ。

 

実際、小学校の社会科の教科書には、SNSを活用して意見を表明し、社会に影響を与える方法が具体的に書かれているそうです。

 

日本では「SNSは危険なもの」と伝えることが多いですが、一方で、自分の意見を発信し、社会とつながる可能性を持つツールとして捉えることもできます。こうした視点を持つことで、SNSの使い方や意識が変わるかもしれませんね。

 

さらに、スウェーデンでは

 

「法律や規則は変えていくもの」

 

と学ぶそうです。

 

このような教育を受けた子どもたちは、自分の考えを発信し、行動する力を身につけていくのですね。

 

また、スウェーデンの若者（30歳未満）の投票率は81.3％！！
政治への関心の高さに驚かされました。

 

🔶 まずは私たち大人が主体性を持ち、社会の一員としての意識を示すことが大切。

🔶 受動的にテレビのニュースを聞くだけでなく、能動的に正しい情報を取りに行く力も必要。

 

このように、海外の文化や社会と日本を比較することで、私たちの国を客観的に見つめ直すことができます。

 

日本の素晴らしい文化や伝統を大切に守りながら、より良い社会をつくるために何ができるか。

Every day, I am truly grateful for your support and encouragement.

 

Through this crowdfunding journey, more and more people are learning about our mission. It reaffirms how important it is to speak up and share our voices.

 

Not long ago, I listened to a conversation between

 

Miki Tanaka ( Cocoiku ) × Lagom, an organization supporting caregivers.

 

During their talk, a very intriguing book was introduced, and I would love you to share it with you today.

 

📚　『Reading the Social Studies Textbooks of Swedish Elementary Schools』

 

One of the most striking things I learned from this book is that

 

In Sweden, social media is seen as a platform for expressing one’s voice.

 

In fact, Swedish elementary school social studies textbooks explicitly teach children how to use social media to share their opinions and influence society.

 

In Japan, social media is often perceived as something dangerous, but from another perspective, it can also be a powerful tool for self-expression and meaningful connection with society.

When we shift our mindset, our approach to social media and the way we use it can change dramatically.

 

Additionally, in Sweden, children are taught that:

 

"Laws and regulations are meant to be changed."

 

This kind of education empowers children to express their thoughts and take action.

 

Another surprising fact—

The voter turnout among young people (under 30) in Sweden is an incredible 81.3%!

Their level of political awareness is truly inspiring.

 

🔶 As adults, we must first take initiative and demonstrate what it means to be an active member of society.

🔶 Instead of passively receiving news from television, we should actively seek accurate and reliable information ourselves.

 

By comparing cultures and societies around the world, we gain a broader, more objective perspective on our own country.

 

While cherishing Japan’s wonderful traditions and cultural heritage, we must also ask ourselves:

 

What can we do to build an even better society?

 

That’s precisely why we are undertaking this study tour to New Zealand—to deepen our understanding and develop new ideas for positive change.
